Hailsham Old Pavilion Society held a social morning at the Hailsham Pavilion Theatre, on George Street, to mark the 20th anniversary of it re-opening in January 2000 following restoration and rebuilding work. Committee member Katie Richards said the event was a ‘triumph’. She said: “It was very well attended. Everybody had a thoroughly good time.”
