“With around 1,100 people logging onto the system daily, it is great to see that the remote learning is going from strength to strength.
“We are able to easily monitor how our students are engaging with their lessons and I am so impressed with the levels of commitment we are seeing.

Staff are emphasising the importance of exercise with students encouraged to squat, run, jump, cycle, walk and lunge every day.
In music, there is an interactive choir and virtual orchestra with more than 60 students taking part.
In science, students have been encouraged to take virtual tours to the Natural History Museum and do experiments at home to see how to turn starch to glucose.
