People in Horsham have joined national Extinction Rebellion protests calling for action on climate change.

Protestors gathered in the town centre to call for funding of fossil fuels to be stopped.

They held up signs saying ‘rebel for life’, ‘we want to live’ and ‘stop the harm’.

But protestors said work from Horsham District Council was ‘very encouraging’, including a partnership with the Sussex Wildlife Trust.
