Hundreds of homes in Horsham area hit by powercut

UK Power Networks said customers with an RH12 4 postcode are affected by the outage which has affected 417 homes.

This post code covers the area around Littlehaven, Holmbush, Colgate, Rusper and Faygate.

A spokesman added that power is expected to be restored between 10.30am and 11.30am.

He said: “An underground electricity cable faulted on our high voltage network, causing an area wide power cut.

“We may be able to get some customers on sooner.

“We’re sorry for any disruption this may be causing you.”
