“Lacey-may is a very caring young child. She has seen TV adverts on kids with cancer. We also know a few people that have been thought it.

“I’ve done a lot of charity fund raising and bits, so she decided to ask me if she could do a long bike ride for cancer.”

Lacey-may really enjoyed the ride but found it ‘pretty hard’.

She said: “Why I am doing it is because everything I see on the telly, it isn’t fair for cancer people. This is my idea to raise money.

“I see children on TV in hospital with cancer and I get really upset when it comes on. I asked my mum if I could do a bike ride and she said yes, so we decided to do ten miles.”
