The Preston Street mural features celebrity Katie Price wearing a Wonder Woman costume.
Horace told the Herald: “I’ve been planning some Brighton portraits for a while and Katie Price is one of the most famous Brightonians.
“I like to add a twist to my paintings and the Wonder Woman costume really suited her.
“She’s a beautiful woman and a real hero to many so it is a joke but with an element of truth.”
Katie Price, also known as Jordan, was born in Brighton and attended Blatchington Mill School.
Horace has also painted Nick Cave, Norman Cook and Winston Churchill, who went to school in Hove, in the city.
In Worthing, his graffiti portraits of local icons are a familiar and popular sight – see some of them here.
