Lancing Bowls Club has named its charity of the year, marking the start of what they say is a new and exciting community partnership.

Electric Storm Youth, a Lancing-based charity dedicated to empowering young people, has been selected as the club's charity of the year and the move was celebrated on Monday, June 9.

"Their financial contributions and, just as importantly, their invitation for our young people to come and learn to play bowls and receive coaching means the world to us. It's a wonderful opportunity to introduce a new skill and a fantastic social activity to the young people we support."

The club and its members are enthusiastic about their united support for Electric Storm Youth and all that the charity does.
