Little Common Community Centre gets boost from housebuilder

The money will be used to help fund a new sound system for the village community centre in Little Common.

The new sound system will be beneficial for the many local clubs who host sessions and events at the centre, such as the Little Common Horticultural Society and the Townswomen’s Guild.

Alongside the sound system, the Little Common Community Association are currently fundraising to provide better services overall for their venue and local groups in the area.

A spokesperson from the LCCA said: “We are very grateful to David Wilson Homes. We are looking forward to purchasing a new sound system and cannot wait to hear the improved sound quality and see the impact it will have on our regular visitors.”

Natalie Perry of David Wilson Homes, said: “We are pleased to work with the LCCA, which does so much for our local community. We hope the new sound system will have a positive impact at the Community Centre and all the groups who use the venue.”
