Sussex Police said the man, named Abderrahim, has been reported missing from Ticehurst.
"He was last seen in the village at about 11.30am on Monday, June 10,” a police statement read.
"Abderrahim is 5ft 6in with black hair and was last seen wearing a green jacket, grey joggers and black trainers.
"Officers are concerned for his welfare.
“Anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts is urged to call 999 and quote serial 1094 of 10/06.”
