New data has revealed how many Covid-19 deaths there have been in Crawley up to May 29.

The Office of National Statistics (ONS) said up until May 29 (including deaths registered up to June 6) 73 people have died in Crawley with Covid-19.

They include deaths where there is any mention of Covid-19 on the death certificate.

Fifty-one people died in hospital, 16 in care homes, three at home, one in a hospice and two elsewhere.

In the same period there were 393 deaths registered, according to the ONS.
