Hide AdCarlton Design Partnership – agents for the Horsham resident seeking planning approval – say that 11 new houses were built south of Fivensgreen House after planners gave the go-ahead in 2015.

The land there, they say, was previously a private garden but was left unused and is now known as Fivens Place.
They say that the proposed eight new homes would be in a similar style to the Fivens Place houses on a one-acre plot currently occupied by Fivensgreen House with a number of buildings in the property’s garden area including a pool house, garage and various sheds.
It is proposed to retain an existing road which provides access off a roundabout connecting North Health Lane, Pondtail Road and Giblets Way. An additional two access points into the site are proposed off Pondtail Road and North Heath Lane.

Carlton Design add: “Retention and enhancement of the existing landscaping will be achieved where possible with poor quality trees removed to make way for newly proposed high quality landscaping, helping to soften the appearance of the proposals.”
No decisions have yet been made.
