Little Bundles Baby Bank Chichester and Arun provides much needed baby supplies including clothes, nappies, toiletries, accessories, prams, buggies, food, and baby formula, to many parents in the area who are in need.

Puddle Ducks Hampshire and West Sussex specialises in swimming lessons for babies from birth and children up to the age of ten, but had to close its pools during the national lockdown, and also had to stop lessons throughout last year’s lockdowns in March and November.

Alison Merrett, owner of Puddle Ducks Hampshire and West Sussex, said: “We really wanted to give back to our local community after such a difficult year, as we know it has been an uncertain and troubling time for most.

“Little Bundles Baby Bank does a great job supporting local struggling parents, and have seen an increase in demand since the pandemic began.

“As parents ourselves who are passionate about childhood development and learning, this charity is close to our heart.

“We understand the difficulties that come with raising children, especially when the pandemic has brought hardship to many families, and we hope our donation helps.

“Every family deserves to be warm and comfortable.”

Little Bundles is an NCT initiative which was launched two years ago to provide assistance to people unable to buy the essentials for their young children.

Through its partner organisations it provides essential items in new or nearly new condition for mothers, and their children aged from birth to four years old.
