Seaford is the place to relocate to, according to new study

Seaford has come very high in a study ranking the best coastal towns to relocate to in the UK.

The study by Compare My Move has looked at factors like the quality of the beach, house values, and water condition.

Out of 150 coastal locations looked at, Seaford came second – behind Whitstable in Kent.

The study said, “Seaford is a sleepy coastal town, scoring highly for its water quality, lack of rainfall and average annual earnings of £32,786.

“It’s not too far from London if you still have links with the city, but offers a much more relaxed pace of life and a beautiful beach to enjoy.”

Seaford has access to the coastal paths and countryside walks leading to Eastbourne, whilst the cultural city of Brighton is also close by.
