Special limited edition of Hastings Old Town spiced rum to support Pride

Rumbustian is a small batch, premium hand-crafted rum produced in Hastings Old Town.

The makers infuse a blend of two and three year old rums from Jamaica, Guyana and the Dominican Republic with whole natural spices and ingredients. Every bottle is wax-dipped by hand.

The Pride edition bottle has a colourful rainbow label and £10 from the sale of each bottle will be donated to Hastings Pride.

The company also operate an empty bottle return and recycling scheme with money raised going to local charities.

James Thomas, of Hastings Pride, said: “Jamie at Rumbustian supported Pride last year by creating a limited edition Pride label for one of his Rum drinks. This year he is back and has created a limited run of the spiced rum with a Hastings Pride Label. This is sold across the town and further in over 12 outlets including Penbuckles, Turn the Tide, The Albion, The FILO, Seed, Jolly Fisherman, Sovereign on Sea, at Bexhill, Farmyard, in kings Road, White Rock Hotel, the Crown, All Saints Street and the Fountain on Queens Road.

Natasha Scott, from Hastings Pride, added: “We are so thrilled to see so many people and businesses doing everything they can to keep the spirit of Hastings Pride alive this year.
