Spine-tingling video shows Worthing and Littlehampton clapping for carers

Residents from across Worthing and Littlehampton were no different, out in force at 8pm to clap for carers to show their appreciation for the life-saving work carried out by NHS workers all-year-round, but particularly during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Young and old used their hands, pots and pans, bells, their mouths and anything else they had lying around which could make a racket.

Our NHS workers are heroes pandemic or otherwise and as the crisis unfolds they will be on the front line putting themselves at risk to save our lives and the lives of our loved ones.

We can do our bit by staying at home, socially distancing and stopping the spread of Coronavirus.
