The National Careers Service Virtual Jobs Fair runs from November 13-20, with the final day being the south east edition promoting local jobs, apprenticeships and volunteering opportunities.

It is on from 9am-12pm on November 20.

The fair will virtually bring employers closer to job seekers by advertising vacancies across social media.

Qualified careers advisers will also be available with local knowledge to offer free personalised careers information, advice and guidance - so people can find a role that is right for them.

During the fairs there will be a series of webinars and workshops giving people the tools they need to apply for vacancies - such as techniques to use in interviews, advice on how to use social media to search for jobs, and how to write a winning CV.

Employers are invited to get involved by joining online discussions and encouraging job seekers to ask questions about their opportunities. Employers can do this by posting and commenting in the Facebook events or replying to #JobsHour vacancies on Twitter.

Registration is free.

Anyone that wants to get involved can search for #VirtualJobsFair or #SouthEastJobs on Twitter.

People can also get in touch with the National Careers Service to find out more information - call the helpline on 0800 100 900, or visit https://nationalcareers.service.gov.uk
