Members of Pett WI enjoyed their Christmas Lunch on Friday December 13 at the Two Sawyers at the end of another successful year. Ladies, why not start 2014 with a New Year’s Resolution and visit Pett WI at Pett Village Hall at 2:30pm on the third Friday of the month. The first meeting of the year on January 17 would be an ideal time to come along. The afternoon will take the form of a members’ Social and a talk about Hospice Neighbours. After the speaker there is always a friendly chat and an excellent tea.

Church Services during the Christmas period:

Sunday December 22 - Parish Communion, St Mary and St Peter, Pett at 9:30am; Sunday Service at the Methodist Chapel at 10:45am.

Tuesday December 24 -Christmas Eve – Christingle Service for all the family, St Mary & St Peter, Pett at 3pm.

Wednesday December 25 - Christmas Day – Christmas Day Communion, St Mary & St Peter, Pett at 9:30am. There will be a Christmas Morning service of worship at the Methodist Chapel at 10:30am. The service is led by the Chapel’s own worship and is very relaxed and informal but a very special way to start Christmas Day.

London Airspace Consultation – This consultation addresses changes to the airspace supporting Gatwick Airport from ground level up, and to the airspace supporting London City Airport above 4,00ft.
