The Rye & district WEA have once again organised autumn classes in a variety of subjects. They are all voluntary and need 12 people to run a class or the WEA authority’s will cancel the classes, which would be a great shame after all the hard work that has been put in to arrange these classes for people to enjoy.

This is an opportunity to try some thing new as well as making friends and gaining a new interest with more depth than just one lecture/talk would give.

Courses consist of between 7 and 10 sessions, are held in a variety of locations and cost around £80 although concessions are available. Subjects for weekly classes include Schisms within Abrahamic religions and Practical Gardening whilst for monthly classes you can tackle Burning Issues or Creative Writing.
