Church Services: Church Services on Sunday May 15 '“ Holy Communion, Kay Burnett, St Nicholas, Pett Level at 8: 00am. There will be a Sunday Service at the Methodist Chapel at 10:45am.

Village Voices: On Monday May 16 the Village Choir will meet at Pett Methodist Church at 7:30pm.

Pett Older People’s Project: POPP on Tuesday May 17 will feature Sharon Sellens. Sharon, who has a wonderful voice, will be singing, which will certainly be an enjoyable experience. The session runs from 10:30am to 2:00pm and will include a two-course lunch for just £5.

Pett Parish Council: Also on Tuesday May 17 Pett Parish Council will meet in Pett Village Hall at 7:30pm.

Pett WI: On Wednesday May 18, Pett W.I. will hold its Resolution Meeting, where the resolutions to be discussed are ‘Appropriate care for people in hospital with dementia’ and ‘Avoid food waste and address food poverty’. Members will also be hearing from someone involved in a local homeless women’s project. The meeting, which promises to be both lively and informative, starts at 7pm at Pett Village Hall.

Pett Level Naturalist Society: On Friday May 20 Pettnats will feature Alan Kenworthy’s Nature Review of 2015.The meeting starts at 7:30pm at Pett Village Hall and visitors are always welcome.

Christian Aid: There will be a fund raising Coffee Morning on Saturday May 21, from 10am to 12noon at Pett Church. There will be plants, cakes and a raffle as well as the sale of Fairtrade produce. The focus of this year’s collection will be for flood victims in Bangladesh.
