Race Night: On Saturday March 5 Pett Village Hall is hosting a Race Night, starting at 7pm. Tickets at just £7 (£5 for children 14 years & under) will include a Chilli Supper and are available from The Butchers Shop, Pett. In addition you can also sponsor a race or buy a horse in advance of the evening.

Racing starts around 8.00pm. The MC for the evening is John Howe, who successfully ran the last race night several years ago, when £600 was raised for the Village Hall. John works out the tote and pays out the winnings.

There is a racing card of eight races with eight horses in each race. So there is plenty of opportunity for a flutter. Betting is 50p per wager or increments of 50p.
