Church Services: On Sunday October 4 – Holy Communion, led by Kay Burnett/David Wotton, St Mary & St Peter, Pett at 9:30am; Sunday Service at the Methodist Chapel at 10:45am.

Village Hall Management Committee: This committee will meet on Monday October 5 at 7pm at Pett Village Hall. The meeting is open to the public so please come along and give your ideas and views on the hall.

Village Choir: On Monday October 5 the Village Choir will meet again at 7:30pm in Pett Methodist Chapel.

In addition the Village Choir will be giving a performance on Saturday October 17 in Pett Parish Church, starting at 7pm. The concert will be held in aid of St Michael’s Hospice and will feature Calypso/Carnival songs as well as a Beatles section. Do support this worthwhile event.

Pett Older People’s Project: On Tuesday October 6 POPP will celebrating not only its fourth birthday with Marco Magician but also Older Peoples’ Day. The session runs from 10:30am to 2pm and will include a two-course lunch for just £5.

ESAB: Don’t forget that the new Outreach Vehicle will be at Pett Village Hall, also on Tuesday October 6 at 12.00pm.

Village Calendar: The Pett and Pett Level Calendar 2016, featuring images by local photographer Yolanda Wiggins, is now available. Priced at just £8 these would make an ideal Christmas gift. All proceeds will go towards Pett Village Hall and calendars can be obtained from Phil the Butcher and Tic Toc (Hair Couture)
