Pett Level Naturalist Society: Don’t forget this meeting, also on Friday 25 September, which features a talk from Sue Dengate about Flowers on Stage.

Harvest Home: Another good cause is this event, in aid of Hastings and Rye RNLI, which takes place tomorrow night – September 26. So don’t forget to leave small items of produce and white elephant, clearly marked, on your doorstep tomorrow morning. The auction at 7:30pm and your support is always welcome.

Church Services: On Sunday September 27 – Harvest Festival, led by Richard Barron, St Mary & St Peter, Pett at 9:30am; Sunday Service at the Methodist Chapel at 10:45am.

Village Choir: On Monday September 28 the Village Choir will meet again at 7:30pm in Pett Methodist Chapel.

Pett Older People’s Project: On Tuesday September 20 POPP will feature Tai Chi with Annie Cryer. The session runs from 10:30am to 2pm and will include a two-course lunch for just £5.

ESAB: East Sussex Association of Blind and Partially Sighted People
 will bring its new Outreach Vehicle to Pett Village Hall on Tuesday October 6 at 12.00pm. The vehicle has been specifically designed and purpose built to help raise the awareness of sight loss in our local communities, and make ESAB more accessible to blind and partially sighted people throughout East Sussex, who would not otherwise have heard of or be able to benefit from ESAB’s services.

The vehicle has lots of unique features, including a light and airy interior, a comfortable colour contrasting seating area, a suspension that lowers providing a single step entry, and of course a large Aids and Equipment display.
