On Friday April 27 Friends of Pett Level Preservation Trust will be holding their AGM at Winchelsea Beach Village Hall at 7pm. The PLPT owns land at Pett Level around Toot Rock and along the Royal Military Canal. The Friends of the PLPT was set up some years ago to encourage interest in the land and what lives and grows on it, and to raise money to assist with the maintenance of the land.

Everyone (whether or not yet a Friend) is welcome to attend the AGM. The highlight of the evening will be a talk by Ken Brooks, who is a local well-known expert on the archeology of the beach and cliffs at Pett Level.
