Pett Village Voice

The members of Pett W.I. were unsure what to expect from their speaker, Kate Tym on Friday 15th October.

She was billed as Brand Kate Tym, a performance poet and it certainly was a good performance. Kate, who has a background in publishing and is also a children’s author, recited a number of her poems.

Her detailed insights into everyday life were reminiscent of Alan Bennett; acute observations generously mixed with humour and were thoroughly enjoyed by those present.
