POET REVEALS ALL: Local poet Laurie Wilkinson will be unveiling his sixth book '˜Poet Reveals All' at a book launch at Pevensey Court House on 15th December starting at 3pm. All the profits from his books are donated to Help the Heroes so why not go along and hear some of the poems and buy one of the books. Entry is free and there will also be refreshments available.

PEVENSEY MINI CHRISTMAS MARKET: Will be held in the Market Square on December 8th from 3pm till 6pm. There are still some places for stalls (which are £6 each) All the money raised will be going towards a fund to buy a defibrillator for the Ethel Wood Hall in Pevensey Bay. ETHEL WOOD HALL: After successfully fundraising to buy and install a Defibrillator at the Market Square in Pevensey , I am now starting to fundraise to buy one to be fitted on the Ethel Wood Centre in Coast Road. This will be available to the users of the Hall, residents of Coast Road and Beachlands 24/7. Can you Help? Come to one of the Events organized, Hold an event ? Sponsor? Donate ? Approx. 1 in 1000 suffer sudden cardiac arrest every year ..’ the victim’s chance of survival falls by around 7 - 10% with every minute that defibrillation is delayed.
