An estimated 60,000 people lined the streets to celebrate Brighton and Hove Albion's promotion to the Premier League this afternoon (May 14), according to Sussex Police.

Players were cheered on by thousands of fans as they took part in an open-top bus tour along the seafront, leaving at Marine Parade at 5pm, and arriving at Hove Lawns at around 7pm for a promotion party.
