PICTURES: Tudor day at Shoreham primary school

A RIGHT royal feast has been served up at a Shoreham primary school.

Year-three pupils at Holmbush Primary School researched what would have been eaten at a Tudor banquet, before designing their own feast.

"It was a really good day," said teacher Rachel Bennett.

"We had lots of things the Tudors would have eaten, including pottage, which wasn't very popular, but the children tried it.

"A lot of learning came out of it."
