Planning applications submitted to Arun District Council

A HOTEL owner is seeking consent to construct a new building with five additional rooms in Angmering.

The Chapman Group is seeking listed building consent for the construction of five additional bedrooms at the hotel Angmering Manor, in the High Street.

The proposal is a resubmission of a planning application submitted in August last year.

Other plans submitted to Arun District Council this week include:

Arundel:

Ground floor rear extension and internal alterations to 33 Maltravers Street.

This application may affect the character and appearance of Arundel Conservation Area.

Felpham:

The Environment Agency has submitted plans to install a photovoltaic panel array into a pumping station roof to provide electrical power to pumping station and associated equipment at Aldingbourne Rife.

Littlehampton:

Plans for a loft extension with front-pitched dormers and rear flat roof dormer at The Cottage, Courtwick Lane.

This application may be determined by Littlehampton Town Council under delegated powers.

Rustington:

New detached dwelling (a re-submission of a previous application) at land near 20 and 22 Broadmark Lane.
