PLANNING: End in site for homes

DEVELOPERS have submitted revised plans for two new houses already under construction at Angmering.

Hargreaves Management Ltd, of Worthing Road, Rustington, says the changes proposed in its planning application to Arun District Council would improve the appearance of the proposed homes at West Drive, on the Ham Manor estate.

Arun approved the houses in February, 2007, but building work began only in September, 2011. Now fresh plans have been submitted to complete the properties, of a similar size and in a similar position to the original proposals, but with changes to the materials used and design details.
