A single storey rear extension with part pitched roof, detached garage, and roof extension at 71 Sea Avenue, has been approved subject to conditions.

Other plans in the latest list submitted to Arun District Council this week include:

ANGMERING: New changing rooms on site of former changing rooms, Rustington Otters Football Club, Station Road.

Single storey rear extension to include two lantern roof lights and bi-fold doors to rear elevation, 90 Palmer Road.

EAST PRESTON: Change of use from Dry Cleaners to office use, 146 Sea Road.

LITTLEHAMPTON: Velux window to east side of roof. This application affects the character and appearance of the Littlehampton Seafront Conservation Area, Western Road.

RUSTINGTON: Alterations to roof garden attached to Flat 6 and glass enclosure, Flat 6, 69 Broadmark Lane.
