PLANNING: Seven-year switch bid by flats’ owners
Willow Court was repossessed by the Bank of Scotland after Speyside Developments Ltd, hit by the economic downturn, went into liquidation in 2009, with the building almost complete.
However, several details in the finished block did not match the original plans, and now Kent-based property business Spurdown Ltd, which bought Willow Court earlier this year, is asking Arun to accept the variations.
