PLANS: Eighteen new homes proposed in Angmering

PLANS have been submitted to Arun District Council for 18 new homes in Angmering.

The proposal would see the dwellings built at Pound Place, in Roundstone Lane.

The scheme is among the latest list of Arun planning applications in the Gazette area, which also include:

ANGMERING: application for listed building consent to change three windows from aluminium to hard wood, White House Cottage, High Street.

BARNHAM: application for listed building consent for proposed open entrance porch to front door, Rose Cottage, Yapton Road.

EAST PRESTON: Three new windows and Juliet balcony, new porch, remodel gable end, new hipped roof to garage, new PV array and remodelled part pitch roof, 6 Elm Avenue.

Partial demolition of property and existing extension and garage to build a new side extension with rooms in roof space, 11 Westfield Avenue.

LITTLEHAMPTON: new porch and replacement glazing to front bays. Railings to forecourt perimeter (this application affects the character and appearance of the Littlehampton (River Road) conservation area and the setting of a listed building), The White Hart, 32 Surrey Street.

Variation of conditions imposed under LU/47/11 relating to maintenance of watercourse, scheme for creation of central wetland area, scheme for details of bridges and buffer-zones to on-site watercourses, ecological management plan and scheme for hydrants, land north of Toddington Lane.

RUSTINGTON: demolition of garage and sunroon for new side and rear extensions, 24 Ruston Park.
