Permission to demolish three homes, on the corner of North Road and Forge Road, and build the two blocks of apartments was granted by Crawley Borough Council’s planning committee last Tuesday (June 7).

A total of 20 objections raised concerns about the scheme’s effect on the character and appearance of the area, road safety, and surrounding homes.
