Plans for five flats

Proposals to build five new flats at a property in Aldwick were being discussed by councillors yesterday.

Arun District Council's development control committee was recommended to approve the proposals for 10 and 10A Princess Avenue.

Mr B Herechuk wants to alter and extend the existing two flats to form four one-bedroom flats and one two-bedroom flat.
