PLANS: Fresh bid to plug gap in River Road, Littlehampton

IT could be third time lucky for plans to build a house in a gap in River Road, Littlehampton.

Two previous planning applications for the side garden of 18 River Road were turned down, mainly on the grounds of unsuitable design and size in the street’s conservation area, as well as overlooking neighbours.

Now fresh proposals have been put before Arun District Council, for a three-storey, two-bedroom house, with parking at ground level.
