After their last production – the thriller Guilty Secret – they donated £150 to the little-known charity, Action for M.E., chosen because one of their members is a sufferer.

M.E. is a chronic, fluctuating illness affecting 250,000 people in the UK and Action for M.E. provides information and support, while campaigning for better services and more effective treatments and driving and investing in research. But now it’s back to the stage for the Players and their latest offering is the laugh-out-loud farce “Cash on Delivery” by Michael Cooney. Tickets are on sale now via the box office on 01424 718059 or by email at [email protected]. The show runs from Wednesday 19th to Saturday 22nd June at 7.30pm in Sedlescombe Village Hall, tickets are priced £9 on Weds & Thurs (without supper) and £14 on Fri & Sat (supper included).
