WALKS: Tomorrow, Saturday, A Walk on the Wild Side, 4.5 miles with Greta W. Meet at Wilmington car park, 10am bus 125, 9am Terminus Road stand M, limited bus capacity. Use cars if possible. One hill, Refreshments at Alfriston.

Or, 5.2 miles with Marjorie B. Meet at Bede’s School, 10.20am, bus 3A, 10.10am Terminus Road stand M to Bede’s school. Seafront stroll, Western View to Wish Tower and return. Leader at start.

On Sunday, Another Eastbourne Town Circular Tour, 8.5 miles with John and Marion. Meet at the Avenue 9.45am where walk starts. Pavement walking, bring bus passes, lots of drop-out points.

MEN’S SOCIETY: Next meet on Monday when our speaker is John Bishop on the Cuckmere Buses. Meeting starts at 3pm at St Johns Church, High Street. Tea beforehand at 2.30pm. Visitors welcome.

MS EXERCISE CLASSES: We ae running Yoga classes on Tuesday evenings at Polegate Community Centre between 7.30pm and 8.30pm for folks with reduced mobility, with a fully proficient instructor. Exercising regularly keeps the body working to its full potential.
