MEETING: The next Men’s Society meeting is on Monday February 22 when our speaker is Mike Smith on the Crusades. Meetings are held at St Johns Church, from 3pm, and tea at 2.30pm.

WINE AND SOCIETY CLUB: Polegate Wine and Social Club next meet on February 23 when our speaker is Stewart Gobell who will be bringing along a selection of wines to taste. Our meetings are held at Polegate Community Centre on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm. Please telephone Sheila on 483222 for more information.

GARDENERS SOCIETY: Polegate Gardeners Society next meet on Thursday February 25, 7.30pm at Polegate Community Centre. There will be a speaker at the meeting. For more information contact Sheila on 483222.

WINDSOR CLUB: Polegate Windsor Club is 40 years old. We will be celebrating this event on February 27. Look on the club noticeboard or Facebook for more information.

HARD OF HEARING GROUP: The next meeting of the Polegate Hard of Hearing Support Group will be held on Monday February 22, from 10am to 11.30am in the William Daly Centre, Walnut Walk. This is an excellent opportunity to meet other hard of hearing people and to make new friends in a relaxed and welcoming environment and to learn from their personal experience of living with hearing loss. It’s also an ideal opportunity to learn some useful communication skills that will help to reduce the feeling of isolation. Free refreshments and raffle. All welcome so put a note in your diary.
