Polegate waits Honey Farm appeal decision

POLEGATE is awaiting the outcome of a planning appeal brought by a developer who wants to construct hundreds of homes north west of the town.

Last week the inquiry held into the proposal that was rejected by Wealden District Council for 520 homes at Honey Farm, drew to a close at the Boship Farm Hotel in Lower Dicker and the planning inspector will now be sifting through presented evidence before making a final decision.
