Police appeal after attempted burglary in Hurst Green

Police are appealing for witnesses to an attempted burglary at a house in Hurst Green.

The attempted robbery happened at a property on Great Oak between 7.30pm on the evening of Thursday, May 5 and 7.10am on the following morning.

A small window was forced open and a door handle snapped off, but entry was not gained.

Any witness or anyone with information is asked to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101 quoting serial 208 of 06/05. Alternatively, call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
