Police arrest man after woman is 'seriously assaulted'

A WOMAN was subjected to a "serious assault" in Western Place, Worthing, at about 2am on Saturday morning.

Police later arrested a 21-year-old London man in connection with the incident and he was bailed later that day. CID inquiries are continuing.
