Police arrest woman in connection with Crowborough thefts

A woman wanted in connection with a series of thefts from a shop in Crowborough has been arrested.

The 37-year old from Crowborough has accepted a conditional police caution, requiring her to pay the value of the stolen goods.

Items including ornamental sculptures, a mug and a scarf had been stolen from independent gift shop Zest, in Fernbank Shopping Centre, on four separate occasions between April 15 and April 27.
