Police boost for Bexhill FM
BEXHILL FM - the community station broadcasting for a week from July 15 on 87.7FM - received a £400 cash boost from the Sussex Police Property Fund.
The radio team - which includes students and ex-students from years seven to 13 and beyond - is delighted with the donation as it still needs to raise money to fund this year’s broadcast from Bexhill High School in Gunters Lane.
The plan is to hold cake sales, gigs and competitions to help reach the £2,500 target.
