Police charge Littlehampton man with GBH
POLICE have charged a Littlehampton man with grievous bodily harm (GBH).
Tony Cocks, 35, of Windward Close, has been charged with causing GBH to a 54-year-old Rustington man.
This in relation to an assault in Armada Way, Littlehampton, on April 4.
The victim is recovering from a serious head injury.
Mr Cocks has been bailed to appear at Worthing Magistrates Court on June 24.
