Mrs Bourne said: “Last year, Sussex police carried out an internal review into the management of ‘unlicensed events’.

“I want to find out how the learning from this review is assisting the police now in their response to squatters in commercial premises staging these types of events.”

The meeting will be webcast live, at 1pm, with recordings available to view at www.sussex-pcc.public-i.tv

Mrs Bourne will also be raising concerns over the police force using aerial drones to tackle crime in the county.
