Police give grantsto local projects
POLICE have made grant awards to two local youth projects in Rye.
The Tilling Green Community Friends Young Helpers has been awarded £200 to assist with starting up their ‘young helpers’ project and RyeAcademy was awarded £250 towards the purchase of a virtual baby.
The money comes from a fund which uses seized proceeds of crime.
