Police helicopter called to Broadbridge Heath building site

A police helicopter was called to help locate intruders at a Broadbridge Heath building site, police have said.

Officers received a report of intruders on a building site in Wickhurst Green at around 9pm yesterday (Thursday June 2), a police spokesman said.

“The area was searched with the assistance of a police helicopter but nobody was found at that time,” the spokesman added.

“It is understood that there may have been workers on the site at the time just before we were called.”
