Police hunt cyclist
POLICE are looking for the rider of a blue mountain bike, who disappeared following an accident with an Audi on the A24 at Spring Gardens on Sunday evening around 6pm.
A couple travelling north in the car called police after they hit the mountain bike. They said the bike, without lights, had crossed the dual carriageway in front of them from the southbound carriageway.
Although police found the damaged bike, there was no sign of the cyclist and a hunt was launched.
