Police launch armed raid on Sidley address

DOZENS of police carried out a mob-handed firearms raid on a home in Cumberland Road on November 10.

Three vans and several cars full of officers, along with a dog unit, swooped on the Sidley address at around 3pm.

Fearing a dangerous confrontation they blocked the road to pedestrians and traffic when they arrived to avoid putting anyone at risk.
