Police linking a spate of East Preston burglaries

RESIDENTS have ben asked by police to be vigilant after a number of thefts and burglaries in East Preston.

Opportunitist thieves have taken cash and computer equipment from homes, cars, a restaurant and a hairdressers in the last two weeks, according to a statement released this afternoon (November 6).

Detective Constable Jon Berisford said: “We believe the burglaries and thefts are linked and are directing officers to the area. Anyone who has information, has concerns or who sees any suspicious behaviour is asked to contact police on 101 or email [email protected].
